We offer interactive learning opportunities.  Youth have access to educators willing to provide some helping them build a strong academic foundation. The areas we provide services include:

We are a ”scholarship“ and programming foundation dedicated to helping remove some of the unforeseen and systemic barriers impacting youth.

We will be starting  our Read2Achieve Programming in May, 2022.  If you have time to volunteer your time to assist youth in reading or want to hear more about what it includes, please contact us at thecartercommunity@gmail.com 

We will continue to offer appointment based tutoring sessions Monday -Thursday at The Rantoul Youth Center after school and under the guidance of former educator & administrator Margurette Carter.
